Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 15/08/2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made from Inservers Host Pvt. Ltd., operating as GBNODES ("GBNODES", "we", "us", "our"), via our website https://gbnodes.host/, our Discord server, or any authorized sales channel. By purchasing any product or service from GBNODES, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

1. General Refund Terms

  • 1.1GBNODES provides hosting services on a pre-paid basis. Payments are made in advance and are non-refundable except in the limited cases outlined in this Policy.
  • 1.2All refund requests must be submitted through the official support channels within the applicable refund eligibility period.
  • 1.3GBNODES is under no obligation to issue a refund for dissatisfaction due to personal preference, change of mind, or performance issues caused by customer configurations, third-party software, or misuse.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Game Server Hosting Plans

  • 2.1.1The service has not been delivered.
  • 2.1.2The service delivered is proven to be inoperable due to a fault on our part and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
2.2Dedicated Servers & VPS Hosting – These services are offered through our sister brand Inservers.host and follow the Inservers Refund Policy. Refunds are provided only if the service has not been delivered or in the event of irreparable hardware failure.
2.3Promotional or Discounted Purchases – No refunds will be issued for services purchased under promotions, discounts, or special offers.
2.4Abuse Violations – No refunds will be issued for accounts or services terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

  • 3.1All cryptocurrency payments made via Coinbase Commerce are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • 3.2Any payment made for add-ons, upgrades, or additional services is non-refundable.
  • 3.3Domain name registrations, SSL certificates, and other third-party services purchased through GBNODES are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

  • 4.1Customers may request cancellation of services at any time through the Customer Portal.
  • 4.2Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.
  • 4.3No partial refunds will be issued for unused time after service activation.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

5.1Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through PayU, Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or any payment processor is strictly prohibited.
5.2If a chargeback is initiated:

  • 5.2.1The customer's account and all associated services will be immediately suspended.
  • 5.2.2GBNODES reserves the right to terminate the account without refund.
  • 5.2.3GBNODES may initiate legal action to recover the disputed amount, chargeback fees, and any associated costs.

6. Refund Processing

  • 6.1Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
  • 6.2For payments made via cryptocurrency, refunds (if applicable) will be issued in the equivalent amount in INR or USD based on the exchange rate at the time of refund, minus applicable transaction fees.

7. Modifications to this Policy

  • 7.1GBNODES reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • 7.2The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes to this Policy.
